Analytics
Overview
This is where you'll find all the crucial data about the progress of your app. To receive this data in a regular email, see Weekly Email Update; to download these data points, see Export Data. All data from iTunes is retrieved on a monthly basis, so this data might not be completely up to date.
Music Sales
Here you can view how much music revenue your app is driving. Shown are total music sales, a breakdown of sales, and the click-to-conversion ratio for each track. All data is from iTunes and is retrieved on a monthly basis; as such, data may not be completely up to date.
Weekly Update Emails
Subscribe to the Weekly Update to receive emails once a week that highlight key metrics in your app. You can also manage and view past weekly email updates in this section.
Export Data
Export the data that you see on your Analytics page and Weekly Update Emails into a handy Comma Separated Values file which can be loaded into the software of your choice to analyze.
Promote
Push Notifications
Push notifications are an effective way to schedule & send short messages to all or a group (based on location) of app users. You can feature in-app or outside content. When linking to outside content, we recommend you use bit.ly or another link shortener. And remember, don’t overuse push notifications.
Popup Promos
If you'd like to promote a piece of media, create a popup promo that will promote the item of your choosing the next time your users open your app.
Mailing List
Here's where you'll find your app users who've opted-in to receive emails from you.
Promotional Tools
We offer multiple tools that are easy to use to help you promote your app. Take advantage of these tools to maximize your app’s exposure and number of downloads.
Reward
Badges
Badges add a level of achievement to your app's gaming mechanics by rewarding users for their ongoing activity. Use our provided graphics and names for the badges, or feel free to overwrite them to reflect your own brand. It's also possible to hyperlink any of the badges, which means you can apply "real world" rewards like coupons, or link to an exclusive video or audio messages.
QR Codes
With QR codes you can link to things directly in your app just by having your users scan the code with their app. You can set content as hidden in your app and allow for users to unlock things by finding special QR codes or even as a reward for buying something and scanning an associated QR code or bar code. Send your users on a scavenger hunt for hidden codes, or just include codes in your advertising to add that extra layer of interactivity for your users
Social Unlock
Hide content that can be unlocked by users who scan a QR code, subscribe to your mailing list, or share your app’s link to Twitter or Facebook. The more exclusive your content is, the more users will want to unlock.
