Locating Mobile Device Operating System (OS)

Overview

The Operating System (OS) version installed on your device can play a key role in how your Mobile Roadie app functions. Outdated OS versions may no longer be supported while the latest OS version may have bugs which are fixed with an update to the latest version of the app in the app stores. 


Locating the OS version installed on your device

• Android

iOS

1. From the Home Screen, tap the Settings app

2. Tap 'General', then the 'About' 

3. The OS version is listed next to 'Version'

Android

1. From the home screen, press the menu button and select 'System Settings'

 

2. Scroll down and tap 'About phone'

3. The OS version is under "Android version'
