user pinpoints display the users platform (Android/iPhone) and their current location when the app was downloaded/installed to their device. These user pinpoint designations are found in the Manage Menu under Users>Map.
Identifying Users on the Manage>Users>Map
1. Navigate in the CMS to Manage>Users>Map
2. Zoom in on a location with users (or click on the user indication symbol)
3. Each pinpoint shows a unique user/device. Anonymous users indicate a previous user who is no longer signed into the app
